Seven Days in Korea Wash Away American Years
June 9th, 2023It’s almost like a dream. Did I truly live in the States? Merely a week in Korea, and my entire time in the US seems like a distant memory.
Before coming back to Korea, after over three years, I was curious about how it would feel. Would I feel like a stranger? I was genuinely intrigued about what I might experience. Yet, surprisingly, I’ve acclimated to life in Korea quite swiftly. In just a week, my years in the States feel so far removed.
This is an unusual experience. Yet, it’s giving me a fresh and interesting outlook on life.
